Free shipping on every US order. And if it doesn't work for you, no returns required — just a refund.
Shipping
Where we ship. We currently ship within the United States only. International shipping is on our roadmap — sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it opens.
Processing time. 1–3 business days. We pack and hand off to the carrier as quickly as we can.
Delivery time. Standard shipping arrives in 7–15 business days from the date your order is placed. You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.
Cost. Free standard shipping on all US orders. No minimums, no thresholds.
Tracking. Every order includes tracking. If you don't see your tracking email within 3 business days, please check your spam folder or email us at hello@fuwaandco.com.
Refunds — keep the mitt
If the mitt doesn't work for you, we'll refund you in full — no need to send it back. Keep it, give it to a friend, or donate it to a local animal shelter.
30-day window. You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a refund.
How to start a refund. Email us at hello@fuwaandco.com with your order number and a quick note about what didn't work. We respond within 24 hours and process the refund the same day.
Refund timing. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 3 business days, and may take a few additional days to appear depending on your bank.
Damaged or lost orders
If your order arrives damaged, send us a photo within 7 days of delivery and we'll send a replacement at no cost.
If your tracking shows your order as delivered but you can't find it, please first check with neighbors and household. If you still can't locate it after 48 hours, email us and we'll work with the carrier on a claim.
